Nepal is the second richest country in water resources after Brazil as it has lots of natural water resources from all over the country parts.

Bagmati RiverThe Bagmati River runs through the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal and separates Kathmandu from Patan. It is considered holy by both Hindus and Buddhists. A number of Hindu temples are located on its banks.
The importance of Bagmati also lies in the fact that Hindus are cremated on the banks of this holy river, and Kirants are buried in the hills by its side. According to the Nepalese Hindu tradition, the dead body must be dipped three times into the Bagmati River before cremation, so that the reincarnation cycle may be ended. The chief mourner (usually the first son) who lights the funeral pyre must take a holy river-water bath immediately after cremation. .
Bisnumati River
Bisnumati River, flowing in the Kathmandu Valley, originates at Valley are on the opposite banks of this river. Karbir Masan, a revered cemetery is also on the bank of this river. the tributaries of this river are Sapanatirtha Khola, Sangle Khola, Lhora Khola and Binap Tokha on Sivapuri Mountain, north of Kathmandu. It flows through the western part of old Kathmandu city. It is a holy river for both Hindu and Buddhist people. Literally, Bishnumati means the beloved river of Lord Vishnu. The Bheri River is a major tributary of the Karnali River draining the western Dhaulagiri range in western Nepal. It has three important upper tributaries. Sani (little) Bheri drains southern slopes of this range while Thuli (big) Bheri drains northern slopes. Another tributary Uttar Ganga drains Dhorpatan Valley to the south of the Dhaulagiris. The Marshyangdi is a mountain river in Nepal. Its length is about 150 kilometers. The Marshyangdi begins at the confluence of two mountain rivers, the Khangsar Khola and Jharsang Khola, northwest of the Annapurna massif at an altitude of 3600 meters near Manang village. The Marshyangdi flows eastward through Manang District and then southward through Lamjung District.The Marshyangdi joins the Trishuli near Mugling as one of its tributaries.

With a length of 507 kilometers (315 mi) it is the longest river in Nepal. The total length of Karnali River up to its confluence with the Ganges at Revelganj in Bihar is 1,080 kilometres (670 mi). It is the largest tributary of the Ganges by volume and the second longest tributary of the Ganges by length after Yamuna.Godawari Khola

Budhi Ganga River
Budhi Ganga River is a tributary of Karnali River in Nepal. Origin of this river is Jagadullah lake in Bajura District of Nepal. Budhi Ganga passes through 5Achham District. Budi Ganga crosses Sanfebagar Municipality in Achham with Seti-Lokmarga Road beyond Sanfebagar Bazar through Chitre along the river bank to meet Seti River at the border of Achham district and Doti district.
