There are many Nepalese in Guinness book of world record and we have collected some of them from various sources. Some of them are:

Title: Longest Dancing Marathon by an Individual

Bandana Nepal 


A 17-year-old Nepali girl Bandana Nepal danced for 126 consecutive hours to set the Guinness World Records on "Longest Dancing Marathon by an Individual".
Bandana Nepal started the solo dance from Nov. 23 (Friday) and continued it till Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 28) to contest for the record, according to the event management officials.
She performed in Kathmandu at the presence of witnesses, including family members, media and general public. With the dance for 126 hours, she has been able to break the record of Kalamandalam Hemlatha from India who danced for 123 hours and 15 minutes in 2011.

MELANCHOLY (Group of 365 Nepali Vocalists)

In another astounding performance, a group of 365 vocalists from Nepal led by Lyricist & Music Director Nipesh Dhaka were lucky to be registered in the Guinness Book of World Records in Kathmandu. They were certified on February 01, 2018 for the most number of vocal solos in a song. The composition was based-off an environmental theme. It was recorded in 2016 and sold more than 10,500 copies.

Narayan bhattarai

Bhattarai, a volleyball enthusiast won the prestigious title for Nepal with a remarkable feat of spinning a basketball.
The record-breaker spun the ball using only one hand for 11 minutes & 22 seconds, breaking the previous Spaniard-record of 10 minutes & 33 seconds.

Title: Shortest Man in the World Chandra Bahadur Dangi

Chandra Bahadur Dangi stands at 21.5 inches in Guinness World Records confirmed in 2012.  A 72-year-old Nepalese man who is about the size of a toddler on  became the world’s shortest person ever recorded. Doctors team  and Guinness World Records officials measured Chandra Bahadur Dangi to confirm his height of 21.5 inches (54.6 centimeters).

Temba Tsheri Sherpa successfully summited Mt Everest on 23 May 2001, aged 16 years 7 days.

Title: Oldest person to climb Mt Everest (male)
Min Bahadur Sherchan
According to the Senior Citizen Mt Everest Expedition (SECEE), Min Bahadur Sherchan reached the highest point on Earth on 25 May 2008 at the age of 76 years 340 days.

Title: Longest marathon reading aloud
Deepak Sharma Bajagain

The longest marathon reading aloud is 113 hours 15 minutes achieved by Deepak Sharma Bajagain at the Tudikhel Ground, Kathmandu, Nepal, from 19 to 24 September 2008.

Title: Most cloves of garlic eaten in one minuteDeepak Sharma Bajagain

The most cloves of garlic eaten in one minute is 34 and was achieved by Deepak Sharma Bajagain at the Direction Exhibition & Convention Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, on 1 December 2009.

Title: Table tennis bat and ball control duration

The longest control of a table tennis ball with a table tennis bat is 4 hours, 39 minutes, 52 seconds and was achieved by Deepak Sharma Bajagain at the National Sports Council’s Covered Hall in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal, on 1 December 2009.

The most stamps licked in one minute is 70 and was achieved by Deepak Sharma Bajagain at Hindu Vidya Peeth-Nepal in Balkumari, Lalitpur, Nepal, on 6 August 2010.

Title: Most conquests of Mt. EverestApa Sherpa

Apa Sherpa reached the summit of Mt Everest for the 20th time on 21 May 2010, the most times anyone has ever successfully climbed the world’s highest mountain.

Title: Most golf balls held in one handRohit Timilsina

The most golf balls held in one hand for 10 seconds is 24 by Guillaume Doyon (Canada) at College Saint-Alexandre in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, on 30 November 2009. This record was equaled by Rohit Timilsina (Nepal) in Dharmasthali, Kathmandu, Nepal on 15 May 2010.

Title: Earliest bowler to take 10 wickets in a limited overs internationalMehboob Alam

The earliest bowler to take all 10 wickets in an ICC international cricket match with limited overs was Mehboob Alam for Nepal against Mozambique in Jersey, UK, on 25 May 2008. The match was contested as part of the 2008 ICC World Cricket League Division V competition.

Title: Largest clear-up on EverestNepali Eco Everest Expeditions

Since 2008, the Nepali Eco Everest Expeditions have involved annual trips to the world’s highest mountain to clear away garbage from previous climbs, removing a total of 12,000 kg of ropes, tents, food packaging, oxygen bottles, gas canisters and other discarded remnants of mountaineering gear. The 2008 expedition saw the removal of 965 kg of refuse; a record 6,000 kg (including 700 kg of debris from an Italian helicopter that crashed in 1973 and 115 kg of human waste) was cleared in 2009; and 5,000 kg removed in 2010. This latest clean-up expedition was led by Apa Sherpa, who broke his record for most ascents of Everest with his 20th climb.

The longest handshake lasted 42 hours and 35 minutes and was achieved by Dinesh Timilsina and Pawan Timilsina at the Everest College of Multiple Studies, Kathmandu, Nepal on 4-6 March 2011.

Title: Youngest PhotographerRirendra Shrestha

The youngest professional photographer is Rirendra Shrestha who was 2 years and 2 days old at the time of exhibiting and selling his work at Nepal Art council situated at Babar Mahal, Nepal on 31 December 2006 to 03 January 2007.

Title: Longest Time Spinning GWR book on fingerThaneswar Guragai

The longest time spinning a Guinness World Records book on the finger is 30 minutes 1.08 seconds and was achieved by Thaneswar Guragai at Guinness International Education Foundation in Gaushala, Kathmandu, Nepal, on 25 February 2011.

Title: Most basketball bounce in one minuteThaneswar Guragai

The most bounces of a basketball in one minute was 444 by Thaneswar Guragai at the Guinness International Education Foundation in Gaushala, Nepal, on 7 October 2010. Among the witnesses of the attempt was the president of the Nepal Basketball Association.

Title: Highest Living snake

Himalayan pit viper

The world’s highest living snake is the Himalayan pit viper. This venomous species has been found at altitudes up to 4,900 m (16,072 ft).

Title: Highest mobile phone call

The highest altitude at which a land based mobile phone call was successfully made is 8,848 m (29,029 ft), achieved by Rod Baber (UK) using a Motorola MOTO Z8 on the summit of Mt Everest, Nepal, at 12.52 am GMT on 21 May 2007.
